Nestled in the heart of the Forez region, this house is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking trails and mountain bike tracks start directly from the Holiday cottage, anglers will find what they're looking for just 2 km away, and snow enthusiasts can reach cross-country skiing or downhill resorts in less than 30 minutes.
The owner has preserved the house's character (ornamental fireplace, local stonework...) and its integration into the landscape, in a wooded area.

Spanning 80 m² on two levels, it features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with sitting area, two upstairs bedrooms (four single beds and a Baby bed), a shower room and a toilet. Central heating ensures optimum comfort all year round.
Outside, you'll enjoy 200 m² of private grounds with barbecue and jeu de boules.
A shared storage area is available for bicycles or Fishing gear.
