In the heart of the Vallée Bleue, at the foot of the Rhône, on the year-round Base de loisirs, come and discover this new Group holiday cottage with 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 14 people. Everything is designed to ensure that your overnight stay is synonymous with relaxation, a sporting vacation or a reunion with family or friends. An outside staircase leads to the Holiday cottage's private terrace, then to the brightly decorated living room with its functional, fully-equipped kitchen area. On the ground floor, three bedrooms (blue, gray and red tones) each with two single beds, private shower room-WC, including one adapted for people with reduced mobility; separate WC. On the upper floor, a large white wooden staircase leads directly to a relaxation area with a library corner and two small sofas. Two bedrooms in taupe and parma tones: one for 2 people with two single beds and en-suite shower room-WC, and a large "family" bedroom for 6 people with 6 single beds, en-suite shower room and separate WC. Underfloor heating and reversible air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The Holiday cottage is rented by the week only in July and August on a self-catering basis. Many activities are available on site: Aquaparc and its heated swimming pool, pedal boats, paddle boats and boat rentals. Shops nearby. On-site ViaRhona for walking or biking (rental available), accrobranche, fly-boarding. Bonus: heating and air conditioning, bed linen and towels included in rental price.
