Between Lake (Annecy) and Mountain (Le Grand-Bonand, La Clusaz), 55m² gîte on the 2nd floor of a house also comprising the owners' home.
Common entrance with the owners.
Fitted kitchen with sloping ceilings, living room (sofa, television) with access to the balcony.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160X200, balcony access, desk), bedroom 2 small/attic (2 beds 90x190cm).
Bathroom (bath), separate wc.
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Wifi internet access.
Large garden at the back of the house (1st floor level) with garden furniture. Private car park.
Supermarket at 900m, all shops, town center at 1.5km.
Skiing: La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Manigod (Croix Fry) at 11.5km, Annecy at 21km, Lake/beaches at 17km. Many hikes and via ferrata nearby. Equestrian center 2km away. Summer swimming pool and entertainment 1.5km away. stay 3 weeks -10%.

Belle saison
5/5Thônes, début juin avec la chaleur c'est le top !! Accueil des propriétaires toujours aussi sympathique . De bons changements ont été faits depuis notre dernier séjour( septembre2024)télévision, VMC...apportant un plus . Voir le mont blanc depuis le col des aravis sans aucun nuage ne nous était pas arrivé depuis 3 ans . Très bon séjour .
Nous retournerons à Thônes début septembre !!!

Un séjour parfait !
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le gîte est très propre et fonctionnel ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. La literie est également très bonne (et nous sommes assez difficile à ce sujet). Enfin,nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et sympathiques ! Un grand merci à eux. Je recommande vivement L'Orée du bois !

5/5Grand appartement au 1er étage d'un chalet, très bien équipé, lave linge neuf, lave vaisselle, rien ne manque. Beaucoup de place, rangements. PARFAIT. Propriétaires accueillants et charmants. Difficile de trouver mieux.

Neige de septembre
5/5Malgré quelques jours de mauvais temps (pluie, neige ,et vent), le séjour chez François et Denise s'est très bien passé , sans aucun problème . Très bon accueil (comme d'habitude) , appartement d'une propreté exemplaire .
