The Chalet features 3 shops on the ground floor (hair salon, photo studio, takeout pizza) and 4 other units.
Holiday cottage on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator.
Entryway with closet, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Separate kitchen with access to the terrace, living-dining room (fireplace—wood not provided), large picture window opening onto the terrace.

Skiing: walking distance (200 m) to the lifts of the Chinaillon - Grand-Bornand ski area (access via the elevator at the tourist office, located 100 m from the holiday cottage).
