A 186-square-meter holiday cottage on two levels, located on the first floor of a former farmhouse that also includes the owners’ residence and a second holiday cottage on the ground floor.
Separate entrance.
On the first level, a spacious living area with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen featuring a table for 10 people; a living room with a large corner sofa and a smart TV; and a reading area with a wood pellet stove. Bedroom 1 (180x200 cm) with a private bathroom. Separate toilet.
On the second level: Bedroom 2 (180x200 cm bed), private shower room, and separate toilet. Bedroom 3 (2 90x200 cm beds that can be joined), Bedroom 4 (1 bed 180 x 200 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x200). Bathroom with tub and shower. Separate toilet.
Open closet, smart TV in every bedroom. Small play area for kids, laundry closet with washer-dryer.
For your comfort, everything is included in the rate: sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Access to a private terrace from the living room with patio furniture and a plancha grill.
Adjacent property with a private 8x4-meter outdoor Piscine (heated from April through All Saints’ Day, weather permitting). Lounge chairs, trampoline.
Private parking spaces in the shared courtyard. Separate access to the holiday cottage via a spiral staircase from the parking area.
Bakery 600 m away. The center of La Balme de Sillingy and its shops are 1.2 km away; Lake Balme and the Parc des Jardins de Haute-Savoie are 2 km away. Hiking trails are just a short walk from the holiday cottage. Annecy is 15 km away; Jardins Secrets in Vaulx is 12 km away. The Grand Epagny shopping area is 8 km away.

J’ai séjourné deux fois dans ce gîte au mois de novembre et c’est toujours un véritable plaisir. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent immédiatement bien. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, accueillants et disponibles, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés et où je reviendrai sans hésiter !

En préambule, merci à Karine et Francis pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille, le gîte est superbe, tout est prévu pour les grands et les petits, le gîte est spacieux et très confortable et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée. Bref parfait!

Simon Superbe !
Nous avons séjourné au gîte de La Balme-de-Sillingy 1 semaine avec des amis, nous étions 8 dont 4 enfants et nous sommes tous ravis et nostalgiques de notre séjour. L’accueil de Francis et Karine est extra et nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
Le gîte est totalement refait à neuf et propose un très bel espace de vie cosy et fonctionnel. La literie est neuve et extrêmement confortable. La piscine, qui peut être recouverte (garde la chaleur) est grande et très agréable. L’emplacement du gîte est également très bon. Certes vous n’êtes pas sur le lac d’Annecy, mais vous êtes au calme, loin des problèmes de circulation de la ville et l’accès à Annecy se fait très bien.
