On 2nd level, bedroom 2 with 180x200 cm bed, private shower room and separate WC. Bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds 90x200 cm, bedroom 4 with 1 bed 180x200 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x200 cm. Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate WC.

Private terrace access from living room with garden furniture and plancha. Adjoining grounds with private outdoor pool heated from April to All Saints' Day. Deckchairs, trampoline.
Parking shared with the second gîte (private spaces) in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Independent access to gîte via spiral staircase from parking area.
