In a quiet hamlet near Annecy, gîte (52m²) on the first floor of the owners' villa.
Kitchen opening onto living room (convertible) with access to terrace (garden furniture, electric barbecue) and garden, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140). Each bedroom has private shower room. Separate WC.
Heat pump central heating. Sheets and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Cleaning included in the price.
Annecy (beaches, lake, old town) 10km, Aix-les-Bains (Lac du Bourget, thermal baths) 26km. Skiing: Le Semnoz 17km, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 43km. Owners' working farm on site (tours available on request).

KIKI60 Petit coin de paradis
Village proche d'Annecy et des différents sites à visiter. Propriétaires vraiment accueillants, de bons conseils et très sympathiques. Il ne manque rien dans le gite et chaque chambre ayant sa salle d'eau c'est très pratique Seule la météo nous a fait défaut !
