In a quiet hamlet near Annecy, gîte (52m²) on the first floor of the owners' villa.
Kitchen opening onto living room (convertible) with access to terrace (garden furniture, electric barbecue) and garden, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140). Each bedroom has private shower room. Separate WC.
Heat pump central heating. Sheets and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Cleaning included in the price.
Annecy (beaches, lake, old town) 10km, Aix-les-Bains (Lac du Bourget, thermal baths) 26km. Skiing: Le Semnoz 17km, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 43km. Owners' working farm on site (tours available on request).

Gite tout confort qui correspond vraiment au descriptif fait par les gites de France.
Aménagement avec goût il ne manque rien.
Les extérieurs et la vue sur les montagnes rendent le site très agréable et reposant.
La plus est que les propriétaire et sa famille sont très sympas.
c'est la première fois que au bout de 2 semaines que nous regrettons de rentrer en Saône et Loire.- Cleanliness

accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui sont à l écoute mais très discrets
gite très bien aménagé il ne manque rien et surtout super calme avec une vue magnifique
