In a quiet hamlet near Annecy, gîte (52m²) on the first floor of the owners' villa.
Kitchen opening onto living room (convertible) with access to terrace (garden furniture, electric barbecue) and garden, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140). Each bedroom has private shower room. Separate WC.
Heat pump central heating. Sheets and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Cleaning included in the price.
Annecy (beaches, lake, old town) 10km, Aix-les-Bains (Lac du Bourget, thermal baths) 26km. Skiing: Le Semnoz 17km, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 43km. Owners' working farm on site (tours available on request).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Montagny-les-Lanches. L'appartement est très bien équipé, confortable avec une superbe vue. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. Petite visite de la ferme très appréciable, nous en avons appris un peu plus sur les vaches. A la fois proche d'annecy, de centres commerciaux et des chemins de randonnée, nous recommandons ce gîte à l'écart de l'agitation touristique.

Très belles vacances, vue magnifique sur les montagnes, on ne s’en lasse pas ! Logement très agréable, et des propriétaires très sympathique et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cette location.
