Ground-level access from the parking area, entrance to the lounge (110 cm TV, sofa) and integrated open kitchen (including dishwasher). Sleeping area/bedroom separated from the living room by a blackout curtain (140x190 cm bed, large dressing room, standing mirror).
Shower room with washbasin, WC, washing machine. Garden furniture and deckchairs in front of the gîte. Private parking directly in front of the gîte. Bike/ski room available on request.
Close to a main road.
Annecy 11 km, Plateau des Glières (cross-country skiing and hiking) 23 km, Base de loisirs Orange Montisel 20 km, Aravis ski resorts 35 km (La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand).

Gîte répondant exactement à ce que montrent les photos. Très confortable, propreté impeccable!
Les propriétaires vous accueillent chaleureusement mais restent très discrets lors de votre séjour. Situé à une dizaine de kms du centre d'Annecy, le gîte est néanmoins proche de commerces de première nécessité.
