Ground-level access from the parking area, entrance to the lounge (110 cm TV, sofa) and integrated open kitchen (including dishwasher). Sleeping area/bedroom separated from the living room by a blackout curtain (140x190 cm bed, large dressing room, standing mirror).
Shower room with washbasin, WC, washing machine. Garden furniture and deckchairs in front of the gîte. Private parking directly in front of the gîte. Bike/ski room available on request.
Close to a main road.
Annecy 11 km, Plateau des Glières (cross-country skiing and hiking) 23 km, Base de loisirs Orange Montisel 20 km, Aravis ski resorts 35 km (La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand).

Bonjour,
Nous avons séjourné du 24 au 31 août 2024.
Les propriétaires sont très agréables, un bon contact avec eux.
La location est parfaite pour 2 personnes, très propre , et très accueillant.
Il ne manque rien dans ce petit logement.
Petit extérieur mignonnet...

Les Troyens Vitalité
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte très agréable idéalement situé entre lacs et montagnes. Le gîte est très bien équipé, très fonctionnel, il est aménagé et décoré avec goût.
Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et leurs conseils avisés nous ont été d'une précieuse aide pour notre organisation.

Beubeur Superbe location
Ont à adoré nos vacances dans se logement les propriétaires très agréable et à notre écoute, quand nous somme arrivé il n'y avait pas de ventilateur et ont leurs à dit ils sont aller en acheter un dés le lendemain, si il vous manque quelque chose il faut mieux leurs demander que de critiquer sur internet .
