Gîte (84m2) on one level, on the ground floor of an old renovated Savoyard farmhouse dating from 1824.
The accommodation is completely independent because the farm does not have other accommodation.
Integrated kitchen with dining area, separate living room (Tv, sofas), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm, Tv), bathroom with bath, shower and wc independent.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels. End of stay cleaning is included. Wifi access.
Covered terrace East facing the Haut-Giffre mountains with forest table, plancha, and ski locker. Private car park. Garden of 120m2 (lawn) on the south face.
Vercland gondola 1km from the gîte: access to the Grand Massif ski area including the resorts of Samoëns, Morillon, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval (265 km of slopes).
Samoëns village center 2.5km away: shops, restaurants, swimming pool, skating rink, botanical path.
Lac aux Dameskm leisure center (pony, tennis, adventure trail ...). Many activities to practice in the area: hiking, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding ...
Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval natural reserve 14km away (hiking), Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1 hour by car.

Au top du confort
5/5Gîte situé au calme sur les hauteurs de Samoëns avec cependant un accès très rapide aux pistes. Paysage splendide. Chalet très confortable, notamment pour la literie, très bien équipé en électro ménager. Chalet très propre, récent et joliment décoré, ce qui lui donne un aspect chaleureux et investi. Les propriétaires sont très gentils! Gîte que je recommande sans hésiter !

Super séjour à Samoëns
5/5Le gîte perce-neige est très bien équipé, et décoré avec goût dans le style montagne, mais sans excès. Son exposition ombragée l'après-midi permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur lorsqu'on séjourne dans la courtine.
La vue sur le Criou est superbe.
Le village est calme et accueillant. Le troupeau de vaches de la ferme voisine passe matin et soir à quelques mètres du gîte.
