84m2 single-storey gîte on the first floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse dating from 1824.
The accommodation is entirely self-contained, as there are no other dwellings on the farm.
Kitchen with dining area, separate living room (Tv, sofas), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm, Tv), bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.
Sheets and towels can be rented. End-of-stay cleaning included. Wifi Internet access.
Covered east-facing terrace overlooking the Haut-Giffre mountains, with forest table, plancha and ski locker. Private parking. South-facing 120m2 garden (lawn).
Vercland cable car 1km from the gîte: access to the Grand Massif ski area, including the resorts of Samoëns, Morillon, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval (265 km of runs). Shuttles 800 m from the gîte.
Samoëns village center 2.5km away: shops, restaurants, swimming pool, skating rink, botanical trail.
Lac aux Dames leisure park 2km away (pony, tennis, adventure trail, etc.). Numerous activities in the area: hiking, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding...
Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve 14km away (hiking), Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1h00 away by car.

Marie Une semaine au gîte Perce-Neige
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte! Spacieux, très bien équipé et idéalement situé à quelques minutes des restaurants et des animations de Samoëns, il offre un cadre à la fois calme, pratique et dépaysant.
Avec son ambiance chaleureuse et son style montagnard, ce gîte donne vraiment envie d’y revenir en famille. Tout y est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien.
L’accueil de la propriétaire a été particulièrement agréable, avec des conseils et une vraie disponibilité si besoin tout au long du séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée.
Nous pensons déjà à notre prochaine venue — une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Gite bien situé, au calme. On rejoint Samoens en 5 minutes en voiture. Très bon accueil. Logement frais lorsqu'il fait chaud. Visité en juin.

lpenet58 Chaleureux, bien placé et bien équipé
Un gîte parfait pour qui cherche un petit nid douillet pour sa famille.
Au calme, dans une zone encore préservée, pas densifiée. À 5mn en voiture du centre-ville de Samoëns. Parfaitement meublé et équipé - c'est plus une vraie maison meublée habitable dans la durée qu'une location de vacances classique. Oubliez par exemple les plaques vitrocéramiques poussives des grands groupes de location de vacances, vous aurez une vraie cuisinière à induction avec un bon four.
La literie est confortable. La propreté est impeccable.
La propriétaire est très sympathique et réactive, prompte à corriger le moindre petit problème.On recommande sans réserve !

Dorothée De vraies vacances
Chalet très agréable et spacieux. En été, son emplacement lui permet de rester frais même les jours de grande chaleur, ce qui est très reposant. Il est confortable et fait un excellent point de chute pour découvrir la région.
