Swimming and fishing at Lake Annecy 900m away, Annecy town 7km away, bike path linking Annecy to Albertville 800m away. Semnoz ski area 20km away (downhill, cross-country, snowshoeing, hiking). Numerous walks and hikes on marked trails and in the forest around the gîte.

Sylvie Un havre de paix aux portes d'Annecy
Logement fonctionnel, très bien équipé et d'une propreté absolue.
Tous commerces à proximité.
Le propriétaire a le sens de l'accueil et de la convivialité tout en restant discret. Il vous donnera de nombreux conseils touristiques.

J- Cl 59 Agréable gîte
Très bon gîte dans un joli hameau,bien équipé : lave-linge,cocotte- minute ...et même une paire deciseaux( ce qui est rare). Avons apprécié l’ apéro du mercredi soir,très bien préparé : occasion d’avoir des renseignements sur la région et de faire connaissance avec les autres locataires.
Le propriétaire, Mr Alphonse est très sympathique ,simple et discret,à l’ecoute des locataires.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour au Logis savoyard de Cessenaz à SEVRIER.- Cleanliness
