Swimming and fishing at Lake Annecy 900m away, Annecy town 7km away, bike path linking Annecy to Albertville 800m away. Semnoz ski area 20km away (downhill, cross-country, snowshoeing, hiking). Numerous walks and hikes on marked trails and in the forest around the gîte.

Bien situé.

cefau Très bel accueil et gite superbement bien placé
Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens dans ce gîte, jamais déçu, très bon accueil du propriétaire qui se met en 4 pour que le séjour nous sois agréable. Le gite est très bien placé en bordure du lac et au calme.

Super endroit calme. Propriétaire très gentil et accueillant.
