Swimming and fishing at Lake Annecy 900m away, Annecy town 7km away, bike path linking Annecy to Albertville 800m away. Semnoz ski area 20km away (downhill, cross-country, snowshoeing, hiking). Numerous walks and hikes on marked trails and in the forest around the gîte.

    Manque d’accès à l’extérieur pour repas ou détente. Propriéraire très sympa et d’un accueil chaleureux. Bien pour faire connaissance avec les autres vacanciers.
