Single-storey apartment located on the first floor of the owners' house, who live upstairs.
Spacious living area with integrated kitchenette, dining area with table for 4 and living room with sofa and armchairs, TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and miscellaneous equipment.
Bathroom with shower and WC, vanity unit with washbasin, towel heater and storage space.
Master bedroom with 160x200cm bed, second bedroom with twin 80x200cm beds. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. Wifi access.
Level access to gîte from parking lot. Grassed area with sunbathing area accessible by outside staircase. Terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and bench.
Bus to Annecy 400m away. Annecy lake and old town 8km away. Geneva 40km, airport 50 minutes. Hiking and skiing at Le Semnoz 23km, or La Clusaz 36km.

Les 2 bourguignons Nos vacances de fin d'année
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de fin d'année chez Marie et Mario qui sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Rien ne manque, on est comme chez soi, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Une adresse à retenir.

pat Appartement comme chez soi
Nous avons pu arriver avant 16 h et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Les proprioétaires se plient en quatre pour nous faire plaisir et veillent à ce que tout se déroule bien.Annecy n'est vraiment pas loin et nous avons une jolie vue sur les montagnes.Nous pouvons faire de belles randos au-dessus du lac. Merci pour tout.Peut- être à une prochaine fois.

j_wigram Haven of peace near the centre of Annecy
Marie and Mario couldn't have given us a kinder welcome. After a long day of traveling following a flat tire, we arrived later than we wanted to and they stayed up to let us in. The apartment is spotless, with everything you could possibly need for your stay - the kitchen especially! There was a lovely terrace area where we could have our meals and the views over Annecy and towards the mountains were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more thoughtful hosts or a more well appointed gite.
