A single-level apartment located on the ground floor of the owners' home; the owners live upstairs.
Spacious living area featuring a built-in kitchenette, a dining area with a table for 4 people, and a living room with a sofa and armchairs, plus a TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player. Laundry room with a washer, dryer, and various appliances.
Bathroom with shower and toilet, vanity sink, towel warmer, and storage.
Master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed; second bedroom with two 80x200cm beds that can be joined together. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. Housekeeping included. Wi-Fi access.
Ground-level access to the holiday cottage from the parking lot. Grass area with sun loungers accessible via an outdoor staircase. Terrace in front of the holiday cottage with garden furniture and a bench.
Bus to Annecy 400m away. Lake and Annecy’s old city 8km away. Geneva 40km away; Airport 50 minutes away. Hiking and skiing at Semnoz (23km) or La Clusaz (36km).

j_wigram Haven of peace near the centre of Annecy
Marie and Mario couldn't have given us a kinder welcome. After a long day of traveling following a flat tire, we arrived later than we wanted to and they stayed up to let us in. The apartment is spotless, with everything you could possibly need for your stay - the kitchen especially! There was a lovely terrace area where we could have our meals and the views over Annecy and towards the mountains were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more thoughtful hosts or a more well appointed gite.

Agréable séjour dans un gite très confortable, vraiment très bien équipé et très propre. Agréable jardin avec une belle vue sur Annecy et les montagnes. Merci pour l’accueil et les gentilles attentions.

Séjour au top. Marie et Mario sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous avons eu le droit à des chocolats,des gâteaux et boisson de la region. Le logement est très fonctionnel et dispose de tout le nécessaire, même pour bébé. La région est magnifique. Bref nous avons passés de super vacances. Hâte de revenir un jour.
