Semi-detached house on two levels, adjoining the owners' house.
On the first floor, entrance through the kitchen opening onto the dining room: fitted kitchen (with washing machine), fixed high table with bar stools, dining table. Shower room with WC.
Access to first floor via spiral staircase: living room with sofa, armchairs, TV stand. Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190, armchair, access to small private balcony) and bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x190 cm).
Private terrace in front of Holiday cottage with garden furniture, gas barbecue.
Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Parking next to the Holiday cottage.
Nearby footpath, playground and Kids' play area. Stable with horses and henhouse behind the building.
Bakery and inn in Choisy (3km). Supermarket 4km away. Annecy and Lake at 18 km. Country walks nearby, fitness trail and forest walks 3 km away. Promenade (Etang de la Lèche) and Fishing Adventure Cruseilles 7 km away. Cruseilles Base de loisirs 9 km and La Balme-de-Sillingy (shops) 8 km. Geneva 33 km away.

Gillou 42 Un séjour super agréable...
Nous avons passé quatre jours très agréable dans ce gite spacieux annexé à la maison du propriétaire mais très indépendant. Marie et son conjoint nous ont très bien accueilli, le gite était d'une propreté exemplaire et on a pu bénéficié d'une annexe spacieuse dédiée au matériel (stockage de vélo et porte-vélo). Si je suis vraiment minutieux, le seul bémol serait l'accès aux chambre par un escalier en colimaçon, mais c'est vraiment un détail en comparaison de tout le positif. Je recommande à 100 %...
