Semi-detached house on two levels, adjoining the owners' house.
On the first floor, entrance through the kitchen opening onto the dining room: fitted kitchen (with washing machine), fixed high table with bar stools, dining table. Shower room with WC.
Access to first floor via spiral staircase: living room with sofa, armchairs, TV stand. Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190, armchair, access to small private balcony) and bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x190 cm).
Private terrace in front of Holiday cottage with garden furniture, gas barbecue.
Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Parking next to the Holiday cottage.
Nearby footpath, playground and Kids' play area. Stable with horses and henhouse behind the building.
Bakery and inn in Choisy (3km). Supermarket 4km away. Annecy and Lake at 18 km. Country walks nearby, fitness trail and forest walks 3 km away. Promenade (Etang de la Lèche) and Fishing Adventure Cruseilles 7 km away. Cruseilles Base de loisirs 9 km and La Balme-de-Sillingy (shops) 8 km. Geneva 33 km away.

CBG Le confort dans un écrin de verdure
Excellent accueil et présence très discrète des propriétaires-voisins! Le gîte est très confortable, calme et spacieux,tenu impeccablement; il dispose d'un espace vert pour la vie au grand air des petits et grands! Beaucoup d'excursions possibles aux alentours (20km)

Nous avons passé de très bonne et agréable vacances,la maison est top et très jolie, les propriétaires d'une gentillesse absolue, nous avons eu un souci e crevaison avec notre voiture des le 2e jours des vacances en montagne, dépanneuse taxi au secours , et bien le lendemain ils nous ont aidé dans nos démarches de location de voiture en attendant la réparation de la notre,nous on même emmener chercher une voiture de location pour nous éviter de rappeler un taxi, nous avons trouvé ça super super gentil et nous les remercions encore , le gîte est mitoyen à leur maison mais aucune gênance, chacun et de son côté ça ne nous a gêner en rien, le plus c'est aussi ce coin transat tranquille farniente...
Nous avons beaucoup aimé être la bas
Nous recommandons ++++++ si on doit revenir dans la région on reviendra ici :)
