Ideally located in the Annecy countryside, this 5-person gîte comprises two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room and a beautiful outdoor space, allowing children and adults alike to enjoy an enchanting setting. Horses and chickens complete the picture postcard setting of this haven of peace!

Semi-detached house on two levels, adjoining the owners' house.
On the first floor, entrance through the kitchen opening onto the dining room: fitted kitchen (with washing machine), fixed high table with bar stools, dining table. Shower room with WC.
Access to first floor via spiral staircase: living room with sofa, armchairs, TV stand. Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190, armchair, access to small private balcony) and bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x190 cm).
Private terrace in front of Holiday cottage with garden furniture, gas barbecue.
Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Parking next to the Holiday cottage.
