47m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a house adjoining the owners' house with 2 other gîtes (ground floor and 2nd floor, access via shared outside staircase with the 2nd floor). Easy access to the gîte on a quiet road, in the countryside with views of the Alps (Mont-Blanc in particular) and surrounding fields.
Entrance hall with dining area (bar-style with folding seats) and integrated kitchenette. Living room with TV, sofa and adjustable seating + interior screen separating sleeping area (1 x 160x200 bed). Shower room in hallway between living room and bedroom (2 x 90x190 bunk beds, direct access to dining/kitchen area) with separate WC. Central heating, Wifi. Washing machine and ironing facilities available on request.
Bed linen provided, beds made. Linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Qovoltis electric car charging station.
Large wooded plot accessible from the other side of the road. Peace and quiet guaranteed.
Gîte located in the Pays du Haut Rhône region, near Seyssel, La Chautagne and Bugey. Annecy, Geneva and Aix-les-Bains 38 km away. Hillsides and vineyards (La Roussette wine).

Jojote De retour en haute Savoie
Une novelle semaine chez Christel, comme toujours l'accueil et la gentillesse sont au rendez-vous. Pour ce dernier séjour nous étions logé au cardinal le seul qui nous manquais à notre registre. Décoration, ambiance choix des matériaux avec goût se reflètent avec les autres gîtes.

Très beau logement arrangé avec goût et beaucoup de soin et très bien équipé. Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire qui est toujours disponible. Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans ce gîte parce qu'il nous a permis de prendre du recul par rapport à la vie de tous les jours. De très belles promenades dans les environs, même sous la pluie. Merci, Christel!
