47m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a house adjoining the owners' house with 2 other gîtes (ground floor and 2nd floor, access via shared outside staircase with the 2nd floor). Easy access to the gîte on a quiet road, in the countryside with views of the Alps (Mont-Blanc in particular) and surrounding fields.
Entrance hall with dining area (bar-style with folding seats) and integrated kitchenette. Living room with TV, sofa and adjustable seating + interior screen separating sleeping area (1 x 160x200 bed). Shower room in hallway between living room and bedroom (2 x 90x190 bunk beds, direct access to dining/kitchen area) with separate WC. Central heating, Wifi. Washing machine and ironing facilities available on request.
Bed linen provided, beds made. Linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Qovoltis electric car charging station.
Large wooded plot accessible from the other side of the road. Peace and quiet guaranteed.
Gîte located in the Pays du Haut Rhône region, near Seyssel, La Chautagne and Bugey. Annecy, Geneva and Aix-les-Bains 38 km away. Hillsides and vineyards (La Roussette wine).

Nous avons séjourné dans le gîte de Christel en fin de saison d'été, le gîte est une très belle rénovation. Tout est réalisé avec goût, le choix des matériaux et la décoration. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christel. C'est une très belle personne, à l'écoute et disponible, également de bon conseil concernant les choses à faire/ voir aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte très agréable et pleins de commodités.

Elisabeth Linos Une excellente adresse
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Gîte superbe très calme avec une rénovation magnifique, des petites attentions déposées par Christel à notre arrivée (les prunes, le jus de pommes). Ce séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans nos échanges avec Christel: une personne qu'on n'oublie pas... Dommage que Challonges soit aussi loin de Libourne en tout cas si on doit revenir en Haute Savoie, notre gîte est tout trouvé !!!!
