25m2 gîte on one level, on the ground floor of a chalet located in a quiet area, 1km from the village center of Combloux.
Ideal location to explore the Mont-Blanc sector (Megève, Chamonix, Saint-Gervais). Very nice cozy and refined interior atmosphere.
Independent entrance: entrance hall, living room/sleeping area (BZ convertible sofa offering a 140x190cm bed, TV), kitchen (separable by a sliding wall), bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Terrace adjoining the studio with small garden furniture, table and chairs.
Sheets and towels are included. Wi-Fi internet.
Terrace area with table and chairs in front of the gîte. Parking on site.
Village center of Combloux, shops, Tourist Office 1km. In the center of Combloux: summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc in the biotope lake.
In winter, Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 3km away (Princess gondola lift), Combloux ski area 4km away (station linked to Megève le Jaillet and La Giettaz).
Center of Megève, and Palais des Sports 6km away (10 minutes by car): swimming pool, wellness area, ice rink...
Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais (Le Fayet) at 11km. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 35 minutes by car, Annecy and Lake Geneva 1 hour away.
Many hikes to practice on the sector all seasons.

    Un gite très bien aménagé et fonctionnel, dans un très joli cadre. Deux petits axe d'amélioration : un petit rideau pour occulter la fenêtre de la salle de bain et améliorer la literie. Des propriétaires discrets et à l'écoute.

    Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, un grand MERCI à Stéphanie pour son bel accueil, dans un studio calme, reposant, zen... entouré de verdure où nous pouvions y croiser l'âne, la mule... qui font partie de la maison.

    Le logement correspond totalement à la description sur le site. Équipements neufs et de qualité. La terrasse aménagée cette année est vraiment un plus avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Stéphanie est une hôtesse charmante et nous accueille chaleureusement tout en respectant notre indépendance. Nous avons passé excellent séjour !

    Bonjour,

    Séjour agréable,des propriétaires calmes et au petit soin pour leur locataire.
    Un gîte très bien agencé et aménagé pour sa superficie.
    Tout est pensé pour optimiser la place , beaucoup de rangement (chambre et cuisine).
    Bien lumineux.
    Une jolie petite terrasse récemment aménagée.
    Une jolie vu sur les aravis , a 10min du centre de Combloux a pied.

    Pour faire simple un bon rapport qualité prix pour un excellent séjour.
