25m2 single-storey gîte on the first floor of a chalet in a quiet area 1km from Combloux village center.
Ideal location for exploring the Mont-Blanc region (Megève, Chamonix, Saint-Gervais). Cosy, refined interior.
Separate entrance: entrance hall, bedroom/bedroom (1 bed 160x200 cm, Tv), kitchen (separable by a sliding wall), shower room, separate toilet.
Adjoining terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs.
Bed linen and towels included. Wifi Internet access.
Terrace area with table and chairs in front of the gîte. On-site parking.
Combloux village center, shops, tourist office 1km away. In the center of Combloux: summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc at the biotope lake.
In winter, Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 3km (Princesse gondola), Combloux ski area 4km (linked to Megève le Jaillet and La Giettaz).
Megève town center and Palais des Sports 6km (10-minute drive): swimming pool, wellness area, ice rink...
Thermes de Saint-Gervais (Le Fayet) 11km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 35 minutes away by car, Annecy and Lac Léman 1h00.

Très bel endroit ,accueil super le gîte décoré avec goût et fonctionnel...Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La personne qui s'en occupe accueillante elle nous met à l'aise et très discrète...Très calme entouré de la nature et des chevaux...C'est ce qu'on recherche et on était ravie.

Cocon Un petit paradis
Stéphanie ,la propriétaire nous a accueilli avec sourire et professionnalisme.Elle à été de bons conseils pour les adresses de restaurant surtout de randonnée.Le chalet était de bon confort de d’un environnement calme et nous avons aimé nos voisins les chevaux.La vue sur les chaînes de montagne et le coucher de soleil du Mont BLANC étaient magnifiques. C’est vraiment le Paradis sur Terre. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr mais quuand? That’s the question. Merci encore Stéphanie nous avons apprécié votre compagnie. A un prochain passage à Combloux.
