With panoramic views of the Aravis chain and La Tournette, at the gateway to the Aravis resorts and 20 km from Lac d'Annecy, this gîte (75 m² + mansard-roofed rooms) is fitted out in an old wood atmosphere on the 1st floor of the owners' chalet (garage/access at the rear of the chalet, raised first floor). Sleeps up to 6 (with supplement for 5th and 6th person).
Separate entrance.
Entrance hall with cupboard, kitchen opening onto living room (rapido sofa-bed for 2 people), access to balcony. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate toilet with washbasin.
Duplex: bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), sleeping area (1 bed 90 + 1 extra mattress).
Sheets/linen provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning.
1-car garage, parking. Garden (garden furniture), barbecue. Electric underfloor heating.
Supermarket 3km, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 6km (skiing, winter/summer activities), many hiking trails nearby, Lac d'Annecy (swimming) 20km, Annecy 25km.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte.
L'appartement est conforme aux photos et à nos attentes.
Spacieux, fonctionnel avec un balcon très agréable. Vue dégagée.
Idéalement situé pour visiter la région.
Max est très sympathique et saura vous aiguiller sur les balades et restos à faire.Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Idéalement placé pour visiter la région tout en étant au calme. Splendides paysages
enneigés pour un noel magique et de bonnes descentes en luge.
