This warm, mountain-style gîte is housed in a typical Aravis chalet, close to La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand. Lake Annecy is 20km away.

With panoramic views of the Aravis chain and La Tournette, at the gateway to the Aravis resorts and 20 km from Lac d'Annecy, this gîte (75 m² + mansard-roofed rooms) is fitted out in an old wood atmosphere on the 1st floor of the owners' chalet (garage/access at the rear of the chalet, raised first floor). Sleeps up to 6 (with supplement for 5th and 6th person).
Separate entrance.
Entrance hall with cupboard, kitchen opening onto living room (rapido sofa-bed for 2 people), access to balcony. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate toilet with washbasin.
Duplex: bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), sleeping area (1 bed 90 + 1 extra mattress).
Sheets/linen provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning.
