80m2 Holiday cottage on the first floor of an old Savoyard farmhouse renovated in the style of a chalet.
The accommodation is located near an authentic mountain hamlet on the Col de la Colombière road, at the foot of the Aravis massif.
An ideal location for mountain lovers in search of authenticity and Hiking or biking.
The farmhouse also includes 2 other owner-occupied apartments, each with its own private entrance.
Separate entrance on the first floor via a few outside steps:
entrance hall with storage space, integrated kitchenette opening onto living room (wood-burning stove, sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 x 2 x 90x190cm Bunk beds), shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet, laundry/storeroom.
Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival). Wifi Internet access.
The Holiday cottage has a lovely west-facing terrace, part of which is sheltered: double garden furniture, reading area, deckchair, gas barbecue.
Le Reposoir village center 800m away: grocery store, bread shop, restaurant. Shops in Scionzier 9km away (15 minutes by car).
Winter skiing at the village's small family resort 1km away. For more experienced skiers, the pistes at Chalet-Neuf are 5km away (depending on snow conditions).
The Col de la Colombière is 8km away (route des grandes alpes, link to Grand-Bornand in summer): the owners can rent you electric bikes.
Numerous all-season hikes at Col de la Colombière and in the Bargy mountain range. Chartreuse du Reposoir 1km away.
Annecy and Chamonix around 50 minutes away by car. Bring snow equipment in winter (access to Holiday cottage via 200m flat carriage road).

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft "La Ferme De Sainte Anne' war wunderbar. Mélie und Aurélien sind äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittellädchen mit frischem Baguette.

Sandrine La ferme Saint Anne
Des hotes accueillants. Magnifique lieu, confortable et chaleureux, décoré avec soin, avec plein de petits details qui font que l'on se sent comme chez soi (déco de Noel très chouette, merci pour les illuminations et le sapin !).
Les petits plus : Cuisine spacieuse, fonctionnelle, où nous avons eu plaisir à cuisiner en famille. De bonnes soirées auprès du poele. Une buanderie parfaitement aménagée ...Le coin est très sympa, nombreuses balades en foret. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la neige et de sillonner en raquettes. Station de ski à proximité pour varier les plaisir. Nous esperons y retourner !

Family Magnifique gîte
Magnifique gîte chaleureux et fonctionnel.Bien situé ,au calme et à proximité à pied du village et des départs de randonnées.Acceuil chaleureux de la propriétaire et disponibilité pour ses hôtes.Tres bon séjour en famille dans ce lieu paisible et très agréable.
