The accommodation is located near an authentic mountain hamlet on the Col de la Colombière road, at the foot of the Aravis massif.
An ideal location for mountain lovers in search of authenticity and Hiking or biking.
The farmhouse also includes 2 other owner-occupied apartments, each with its own private entrance.
Separate entrance on the first floor via a few outside steps:
entrance hall with storage space, integrated kitchenette opening onto living room (wood-burning stove, sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 x 2 x 90x190cm Bunk beds), shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet, laundry/storeroom.
Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival). Wifi Internet access.
The Holiday cottage has a lovely west-facing terrace, part of which is sheltered: double garden furniture, reading area, deckchair, gas barbecue.

Le Reposoir village center 800m away: grocery store, bread shop, restaurant. Shops in Scionzier 9km away (15 minutes by car).
Winter skiing at the village's small family resort 1km away. For more experienced skiers, the pistes at Chalet-Neuf are 5km away (depending on snow conditions).
The Col de la Colombière is 8km away (route des grandes alpes, link to Grand-Bornand in summer): the owners can rent you electric bikes.
Numerous all-season hikes at Col de la Colombière and in the Bargy mountain range. Chartreuse du Reposoir 1km away.
Annecy and Chamonix around 50 minutes away by car. Bring snow equipment in winter (access to Holiday cottage via 200m flat carriage road).
