47 m² gîte (+10 m² attic) on two levels, on the 1st floor of a chalet-style house that also includes two other gîtes. Located above a shop selling souvenirs and regional products. Access by outside staircase, shared with a second gîte.
On 1st floor, living room with sofa and armchair, wall-mounted TV. Dining area with high chairs and fully-equipped fitted kitchen. Bathroom with large shower, double washbasin, washing machine. Separate WC. 2nd floor: small corridor leading to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, chest of drawers) and bedroom 2 (bed 160x200 cm and 2 pull-out beds 80x200, chest of drawers).
Sheets and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Wifi internet access. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Small pets available on request.
View of the Semnoz and the mountain pastures around the pass. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the final access road to the pass. Land with mountain views, private to all three gîtes (additional work in progress). Enclosed private parking.
On-site regional and gourmet restaurants, paragliding service providers. Hiking, biking and downhill skiing in season. Free hourly shuttle service Annecy - Talloires - Col de la Forclaz in summer.
10 km from Lake Annecy and Talloires beach. Annecy 20 km away, shops in Doussard (12 km).

Le gîte de la Rochette est parfait. Malgré un cours séjour, tout est optimal dans ce logement. On s'y sent bien!! Le lieux est magnifique déjà l'envie d'y revenir.

Oliv&Sarah séjour splendide
Un séjour exceptionnel, emplacement parfait en haut d'un col. L'appartement dans un chalet est neuf, parfaitement équipé et agencé et très propre. Mention spéciale pour Valérie, notre hôte qui s'est montrée aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour très agréable malgré parfois les aléas technique et de l'hiver!

Frisco Un super séjour !
Le gîte est neuf, rénové avec beaucoup de goût, très cocooning. Style chalet mais avec de la modernité. L'environnement est aussi incroyable. Des restaurants aux alentours, bref tout pour un super séjour inoubliable.

SC Gîtes de la Rochette - Le Semnoz
Le cadre est magnifique avec une très belle vue sur le lac ,pleins d'activités réalisées autour du site (balades en vélo en famille, randonnée en famille, visite de la réserve naturelle, ),la propriétaire est très agréable et accueillante,logement très pratique et confortable surtout avec un four et un lave linge. Dommage pas de boulangerie ni magasin autour, prévoir vos courses avant de monter au Gîte. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Jolande Idyllisch verblijf op de Col de la Forclaz
We hebben in september een heerlijke week gehad in dit fijne appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien tot en met een Smart TV met Netflix. Vanaf het appartement kun je prachtig wandelen. Na afloop lekker bijkomen op het terras aan de overkant met zicht op tientallen overvliegende parapenters. Overdag is er gezellige reuring van fietsers, wandelaars en vliegers. 's Avonds is het heerlijk rustig. We hadden mazzel met het weer zodat we ook nog buiten hebben gezeten in de tuin met zicht op de bergen. Een aanrader. We komen vast en zeker terug.
