Put yourself right at the heart of the action! Enjoy paragliding and hang-gliding, between lake and mountains, on one of France's most beautiful paragliding sites. Maximum capacity 6 people. Numerous hiking and nature activities on site, with tourist shops and a variety of restaurants.

47 m² gîte (+10 m² attic) on two levels, on the 1st floor of a chalet-style house that also includes two other gîtes. Located above a shop selling souvenirs and regional products. Access by outside staircase, shared with a second gîte.
On 1st floor, living room with sofa and armchair, wall-mounted TV. Dining area with high chairs and fully-equipped fitted kitchen. Bathroom with large shower, double washbasin, washing machine. Separate WC. 2nd floor: small corridor leading to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, chest of drawers) and bedroom 2 (bed 160x200 cm and 2 pull-out beds 80x200, chest of drawers).
Sheets and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Wifi internet access. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Small pets available on request.
View of the Semnoz and the mountain pastures around the pass. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the final access road to the pass. Land with mountain views, private to all three gîtes (additional work in progress). Enclosed private parking.
On-site regional and gourmet restaurants, paragliding service providers. Hiking, biking and downhill skiing in season. Free hourly shuttle service Annecy - Talloires - Col de la Forclaz in summer.
10 km from Lake Annecy and Talloires beach. Annecy 20 km away, shops in Doussard (12 km).
