Near Lake Annecy and the Col de la Forclaz, Semi-detached house comprising the owner's accommodation and 1 gîte of 162 m2.
Panoramic view of the Bauges peaks.
First floor: entrance, bathroom/wc, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140 cm, 1 bed 90 cm, 1 baby bed), separate toilet, laundry room.
1st floor: large living room (65 m²): kitchen/dining area/library/lounge area, access to terrace.
2nd floor: shower room, separate wc, Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140 cm, 1 bed 90cm), Bedroom 3 (3 beds 90cm), Bedroom 4 (5 beds 90 cm including 4 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed).
Carport. Access by unpaved road for 100m. Bed linen not provided.
Giez Golf course 10 minutes away. Paragliding and hang-gliding 15 minutes away. Cities of Annecy and Albertville 24 km away. Ski: Aravis ski resorts 35km away (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La croix Fry Merdassier).
Short stays available on request. Family-oriented Holiday cottage (association and corporate bookings on request only).

Cédric Un petit Week-End Cocooning
Merci à Eric et Susan pour leur accueil tout en douceur. Nous étions en réunion familiale pour le week-end et le gîte a été un merveilleux écrin pour y passer ces deux jours.
Très bien équipé, le gîte est spacieux et offre une vue merveilleuse sur la montagne !

Nicolas gite tres lumineux et agréable, vue incroyable
Gite très spacieux et bien équipé. La vue sur les montagnes environantes est incroyable et mise en avant par une baie vitrée qui remplit de lumière la grande salle principale.

Un gîte très agréable, avec beaucoup d’espaces permettant de mettre tout le monde à l’aise dans la pièce de vie, quelque soit son âge.
Le gîte présente des espaces bien distincts tout en étant dans la même pièce. C’est fort agréable.
