1st floor: large living room (65 m²): kitchen/dining area/library/lounge area, access to terrace.
2nd floor: shower room, separate wc, Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140 cm, 1 bed 90cm), Bedroom 3 (3 beds 90cm), Bedroom 4 (5 beds 90 cm including 4 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed).
Carport. Access by unpaved road for 100m. Bed linen not provided.
Giez Golf course 10 minutes away. Paragliding and hang-gliding 15 minutes away. Cities of Annecy and Albertville 24 km away. Ski: Aravis ski resorts 35km away (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La croix Fry Merdassier).
