In an old renovated farmhouse, between the lakes and peaks of the Chablais region, mountain atmosphere for this gîte (85m²+mansardes) on the 2nd floor (1st floor from parking lot). Farm includes 1 other gîte, the owners' home and 2 year-round rentals. Shared entrance from rear of cottage.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, access to balcony (mountain view), bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, shower room, separate toilet. Small storeroom
Duplex: mezzanine with sofa and desk, bedroom 2 with 3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be twinned.
Central heating. Optional: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Shared with other gîte: garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Parking, 1-car garage. Vacation center in hamlet.
Skiing: Bernex 2km, Portes du Soleil (Abondance) 17km. Discovery trails (Dent d'Oche). Lake (swimming): La Beunaz 800m, Lac Léman 8km. Evian-les-Bains (Thermes) 9km.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, restant disponible et à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour, vraiment aimable. L'appartement détient un super cadre , une vraie ambiance montagnarde, avec la déco qui va bien!
Rien à redire sur ce gite, par ailleurs bien situé , à 15 minutes d'Evian, et si vous aimez les randonnées il y a plusieurs cols à proximité!- Cleanliness
