In an old renovated farmhouse, between the lakes and peaks of the Chablais region, mountain atmosphere for this gîte (85m²+mansardes) on the 2nd floor (1st floor from parking lot). Farm includes 1 other gîte, the owners' home and 2 year-round rentals. Shared entrance from rear of cottage.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, access to balcony (mountain view), bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, shower room, separate toilet. Small storeroom
Duplex: mezzanine with sofa and desk, bedroom 2 with 3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be twinned.
Central heating. Optional: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Shared with other gîte: garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Parking, 1-car garage. Vacation center in hamlet.
Skiing: Bernex 2km, Portes du Soleil (Abondance) 17km. Discovery trails (Dent d'Oche). Lake (swimming): La Beunaz 800m, Lac Léman 8km. Evian-les-Bains (Thermes) 9km.

Damien Séjour proche du leman
Super séjour en famille dans la montagne proche du Leman. Beaucoup d'activités à faire dans les environs. Propriétaires très accueillants. Gite parfaitement équipé et propre. Nous recommandons.

BB Gite tout confort très agréable
Gite spacieux très bien équipé pour les familles (jeux de société, puzzles, livres pour enfants ; appareils à fondue et raclette pour repas convivial ; casiers à ski...), idéalement situé à 2km de la station de ski.

Elodie Excellent séjour
Gîte très spacieux, très propre, au calme, à proximité de la station de ski de Bernex, avec une belle vue sur la campagne et les montagnes. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille.

MARIE Superbe séjour par le climat et l'accueil au gite
Le climat sur cette période de l'année (une semaine mi octobre) a été très favorable (une seule journée de pluie) surtout en comparaison des catastrophes naturelles dans toute la France.
L'accueil des propriétaires a été très sympathique et chaleureux par des conseils judicieux.
Le gite est très spacieux et offrant une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et le hameau.
