Entrance on the ground floor or directly into the living area on the first floor of the Chalet.
Ground floor: entry hall, garage, laundry room with washing machine.
First floor of the Chalet: fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room: dining table, corner sofa, television, floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the balcony or garden. 1 separate restroom.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200 cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190 cm). Bathroom: shower, bathtub, vanity sink, heated towel rack, toilet.

On-site parking in front of the Chalet or in the garage (1 car). In winter, if there is snow, parking is recommended 150 meters down the Chemin des Chapelles.

Satellite Wifi Internet. Bed linen and towels are provided; end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
Like the rest of the hamlet, the Chalet is supplied with spring water (treated with a UV lamp). The Chalet’s parking area is under video surveillance. You’ll be welcomed by the owners, who live nearby.

Lake des Plagnes is 500m away (walks, winter activities); the center of the village of Abondance with shops is 4.5km away. A hiking trail and mountain bike route pass right by the Chalet.
Skiing / Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 5 km, La Chapelle d’Abondance 10 km, Châtel 16 km. Ski and sledding playground in Abondance. Aquatic center in Châtel.
Lake Geneva, Thonon, and Evian-les-Bains (spa cities) are 30 km away. Numerous activities nearby and in the Abondance Valley (hiking, via ferrata, mountain biking, rafting, canoeing...).
