Detached 3-bedroom Chalet 101m² (+12m² attic) in a quiet area of Lake des Plagnes.
Entrance from the first floor or directly from the living room on the 1st floor of the Chalet.
First floor: entrance hall, garage, laundry room with washing machine.
Chalet 1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living and dining room: dining table, corner sofa, TV, bay windows giving access to balcony or garden. 1 separate toilet.
2nd floor, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm). Bathroom: shower, bath, vanity unit with washbasin, heated towel rail, wc.
Balconies, garden with forest table, deckchairs, barbecue. Land around the Chalet. Mountain views.
On-site parking in front of the Chalet or in garage (1 car). In winter, in case of snow, recommended parking 150m down Chemin des Chapelles.
Electric vehicle recharging via 16A reinforced socket (extra charge).
Satellite Wifi Internet access. Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Like the rest of the hamlet, the Chalet is supplied with spring water (treated by UV lamp). Video-surveillance parking at the Chalet. You'll be welcomed by the owners, who live nearby.
Lake des Plagnes 500m away (walks, winter activities), Abondance village center with shops 4.5km away. Hiking and mountain bike trails pass in front of the Chalet.
Ski / Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 5km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 10km, Châtel 16km. Ski/luge fun area in Abondance. Aquatic center in Châtel.
Lake Geneva, Thonon and Evian-les-Bains (spa cities) 30km away. Numerous activities nearby and in the Abondance Valley (Hiking, via ferrata, mountain biking, rafting, canoeing...).
Snow equipment required in winter.

svoller Very nice house in a lovely location
The house is very nice and new with lots of quality fittings. The owners gave us a warm welcome which was appreciated. The location is at the top of the mountain about 1200m elevation and approx 200m from mountain walks. If you like cycling or walking then the garage is very useful for bikes, boots etc. This is a good base for trips in to Switzerland and enjoying the Alps. We had 5 in our family and there was plenty of space. Everyone was impressed with this house.
