Magnificent 168m² detached chalet on 2 levels (+ laundry room on the lower part of the chalet) offering superb views of the mountains. Quiet, unspoilt area, surrounded by meadows (cows graze in summer). Sleeps up to 10.
You'll be welcomed by the owner, who lives near the Chalet.
First floor (access via outside stairs or access on same level via garage): entrance hall, kitchen opening onto dining room and living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove), table soccer, balcony. 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine (1 bed 90x200cm, tv). 4 bedrooms: bedrooms 1 and 2 (each with 1 bed 160x200cm, tv, balcony, open-plan shower room with basin and shower), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm, tv), bedroom 4 (2 bunk beds 90x200 and 1 bed 90x200cm), large bathroom (basin, bath, walk-in shower). 1 separate toilet.
Lower part of the Chalet: laundry room with washing machine.
Several outdoor areas: covered terrace on the same level as the living area, Spa area, relaxation area at the front and rear of the chalet, balcony, courtyard. Garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, parasol.
Bed linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi Internet access.
Chalet supplied solely by spring water. Access by unpaved road for the last 300 meters.
1-car garage. In summer, on-site parking next to the Chalet. In winter, snow equipment required. In case of snow, possibility of parking on the Col des Annes road 300m away.
Le Grand-Bornand center (activities, services, Piscine, all shops) 7.5km away. Golf, Cross-country skiing and shuttle bus stop to village 3km away.
Ski: Rosay gondola to village 7.5km, La Duche chairlift to pass 2km (connecting chairlift, requires valid ski pass).
La Clusaz 13km, Thones 20km, Lake Annecy 33km, Annecy 38km. Numerous hikes nearby in the Aravis.
Large parties and soirées prohibited.

Adrian Amazing chalet secluded in the mountains
The chalet is absolutely amazing, everything is very clean and tidy, the kitchen is fully furnished, the jacuzzi makes all the difference after long day skiing. Two of the rooms have the shower en suite which is every practical and simplifies the logistics for a bigger group. We found the garage access very useful, especially during cold nights for keeping the car safe. The only minor inconvenient is the lack of storage space for personal belongings - a few more clothes wardrobe or closets would be helpful. Otherwise, the bathrooms are very spacious with all amenities and very modern. This is an amazing location that we enjoyed a lot and would highly recommend.

Chalet de caractère, superbement aménagé.
Très bien équipé, on se sent de suite comme à la maison... mais en mieux !

Absolutely speechless. This accommodation is absolutely wonderful with everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable with great blackout blinds. Did not use evey room as it was just the two of us but plenty of room to bring the family. You could very easily stay around the property all week because the views are something else. The best we have had from a hot tub yet. There are so many places to walk with bars and restaurants within easy reach. Thanks to Eric who met us at the property when we arrived. The property is in a great location and the photos do not do it justice. We will definitely come back again in the future.
