Magnificent 168m² detached chalet on 2 levels (+ laundry room on the lower part of the chalet) offering superb views of the mountains. Quiet, unspoilt area, surrounded by meadows (cows graze in summer). Sleeps up to 10.
You'll be welcomed by the owner, who lives near the Chalet.
First floor (access via outside stairs or access on same level via garage): entrance hall, kitchen opening onto dining room and living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove), table soccer, balcony. 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine (1 bed 90x200cm, tv). 4 bedrooms: bedrooms 1 and 2 (each with 1 bed 160x200cm, tv, balcony, open-plan shower room with basin and shower), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm, tv), bedroom 4 (2 bunk beds 90x200 and 1 bed 90x200cm), large bathroom (basin, bath, walk-in shower). 1 separate toilet.
Lower part of the Chalet: laundry room with washing machine.
Several outdoor areas: covered terrace on the same level as the living area, Spa area, relaxation area at the front and rear of the chalet, balcony, courtyard. Garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, parasol.
Bed linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi Internet access.
Chalet supplied solely by spring water. Access by unpaved road for the last 300 meters.
1-car garage. In summer, on-site parking next to the Chalet. In winter, snow equipment required. In case of snow, possibility of parking on the Col des Annes road 300m away.
Le Grand-Bornand center (activities, services, Piscine, all shops) 7.5km away. Golf, Cross-country skiing and shuttle bus stop to village 3km away.
Ski: Rosay gondola to village 7.5km, La Duche chairlift to pass 2km (connecting chairlift, requires valid ski pass).
La Clusaz 13km, Thones 20km, Lake Annecy 33km, Annecy 38km. Numerous hikes nearby in the Aravis.
Large parties and soirées prohibited.

Dit is het beste vakantiehuis dat we al geboekt hebben. Het is ruim (zeker voor 2) maar het blijft gezellig. Zeer proper, alles was aanwezig wat betreft keukengerei, handdoeken lakens. De grote troef van het huis is het prachtige uitzicht op het Aravis massief, je moet er wel de berg voor oprijden. De laatste honderden meters zijn ruw, maar goed te doen met een gewone auto. De rit naar het dorp duurt ongeveer 13 min.
Een klein minpuntje is dat de wifi niet zo goed werkt. Laat dat u niet tegenhouden, het huis is een echte aanrader.- Cleanliness

mbrain Just Perfect.
From arriving to leaving, this was an amazing place to spend a week.
It was spotlessly clean with plenty of room, jaw dropping views, amazing spa/hot tub views and plenty to do.From sitting on the balcony with binoculars watching the cows being herded to lazing around the chalet, this was one of the best places we have visited.
Le Grand Bornand is a 10 minute drive down the Col Des Annes and is a beautiful place.
Eric was so helpful and a genuinely nice person.
The only negative is that the wifi is 0.7 MBit/s. The answer is to not use the internet and just relax and take in the views!

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce chalet dans les alpages et à nouveau, on a été émerveillé par la vue fabuleuse sur la chaine de montagne, cet océan de verdure à nos pieds, la nature dans toute sa splendeur. Le chalet n'a pas changé, il est toujours aussi beau, à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, d'un confort et d'une propreté absolue, magnifiquement fleuri. J'espère que les locataires auront à coeur de préserver la beauté de ce chalet. Encore un grand merci à Eric et sa maman qui ne ménagent pas leurs efforts pour le bien-être des locataires.

Merveilleuse semaine dans ce gîte : vue époustouflante, gîte très bien aménagé avec de beaux espaces, literie de qualité, les différentes terrasses sont un vrai plus. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir!

Pat Séjour pleine montagne parfait
Le chalet est juste parfait. Tout y est aussi bien dedans que dehors . Très confortable. Belle décoration. Très propre. Bonne literie. Sanitaire, le must.. Allez y les yeux fermés. Propriétaires sympas. Emplacement dépaysant, calme avec une magnifique vue. Gebial

Le logement est parfait, nous avons adoré notre séjour au grand bornand. Il y a tout le confort et même plus, la deco est magnifique et la vue sublime. Connaissant bien la station nous savions que le chalet était un peu excentré, ce qui nous a permis de belles vacances au calme.
