Gîte (152m2) on the 1st and 2nd floor of a chalet also including the housing owners (ground floor).
Independent entrance by external staircase.
1st floor: integrated kitchen open to large living room (dining area, lounge area with TV, canalsat, fireplace), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bathroom, separate wc.
2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with bath and toilet:
Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, extra bed), bedroom 3 (t 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, extra bed), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x190cm twin, 1 bed 90x190cm).
Sheets and towels are included. Internet wifi.
Ski room/laundry room on the ground floor. Private parking in front of the house (cleared parking).
South balcony with armchairs, north terrace (planned for summer 2019), large common ground in summer with deckchairs.
Ski lift at 100m, pedestrian and cross-country skiing on site. Center of the resort at 500m (mountain office, swimming pool in summer).
Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) at 12km, Taninges at 10km. Cities of Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix at 50km by car.

5/5Excellent séjour Très bon accueil avec petit cadeau à l arrivée (bière, confitures).Chalet magnifique avec grande terrasse,très bien équipé,très belle décoration,bien exposé, proche des pistes et du centre de la station.
