Magnificent south-facing character gîte facing the Mont-Blanc Massif. Privileged location at the heart of the Praz de Lys-Sommand ski area and mountain pastures (altitude 1450m). An ideal location for a ski-in/ski-out vacation in winter, or a hiking trip in summer. Maximum capacity: 15 people.

152m2 Holiday cottage on the 1st and 2nd floors of a chalet that also includes the owners' accommodation (on the first floor).
Separate entrance via outside staircase.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto large living room (dining area, sitting area with TV, satellite TV, fireplace), bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed, TV), bathroom, separate toilet.
2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom with bathtub and toilet:
Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, extra bed), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, extra bed), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 5 (2 twin beds 90x190cm, 1 bed 90x190cm).
Bed linen and towels included. Wifi Internet access.
Shared ski room/laundry room on first floor. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage (snow-free parking), covered garage with 3 parking spaces.
South-facing balcony with armchairs, 100 m2 semi-covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol, large common area in summer with deckchairs.
Ski lift 100m away, pedestrian trail and cross-country skiing on site. Resort center 500m away (Mountain office, summer Piscine).
Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) 12km, Taninges 10km. Cities of Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix 50km away.
Only one dog allowed in Holiday cottage. No cats allowed.
