118m2 detached chalet on 2 levels in a quiet area of the Grand-Massif, close to the Agy Nordic ski area.
High-quality interior, large terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains (Mont-Blanc summit, Fiz chain, Aravis massif).
Ground-level entrance to rear of Chalet.
Ground floor: entrance hall with separate toilet, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofas, TV, pellet stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room with walk-in shower).
On the lower level of the Chalet: bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm, which can be twinned into a 180cm bed on request), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm, which can be twinned into a 180cm bed on request), Sauna, shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
Bed linen and towels included (Beds made on arrival). Wifi Internet access. Underfloor heating.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, lounge, parasol and barbecue.
On-site parking: courtyard and one covered parking space. Secure private parking for motorbikes/skis/bikes.
Possibility of recharging your electric vehicle using a standard socket (extra charge).
Agy cross-country skiing area 2km from Holiday cottage: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter, Hiking trails in summer.
Grand-Massif ski area 9.5km away (Les Carroz d'Araches): vast 265km ski area linking the resorts of Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval.
Les Carroz resort center 9km away: bars, restaurants and numerous seasonal activities (Piscine, tobogganing, paragliding, canyoning, mountain biking, Golf...).
Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 35km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 50 minutes away by car, Annecy and Lake Geneva around 1h00.

Kardid Séjour en famille exceptionnel !
Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille dans ce chalet magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes environnantes, on voit meme le Mont Blanc ! Nous avons profité de la grande terrasse, du sauna et fait de belles balades. Merci à Stephanie et Jérôme pour leur accueil !

Les lyonnais Vue grandiose
Très bon contact avec Stéphanie. Chalet et emplacement sur les hauteurs de Saint-Sigismond de toute beauté. Magnifique panorama à plus de 180 degrés, il serait difficile de faire mieux. La route qui mène à la station des Carroz depuis le chalet (15 minutes de voiture) est agréable, en plus d’être belle, car on est sensiblement à la même altitude. Une valeur sûre pour un prochain séjour à la montagne. On aurait voulu rester !

Chris et Sand une vue qui invite à la détente et à la contemplat
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gîte situé au calme sur les hauteurs du village de Saint-Sigismond.
Il dispose d’une magnifique structure en bois avec une belle hauteur sous plafond dans la pièce principale qui fait face à une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes, et notamment le massif du Mont-Blanc.
Ce gîte est joliment décoré, très bien équipé, notamment la partie cuisine.
Il est à proximité de différentes balades.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Stéphanie et sa famille. Ils ont également été très réactifs lorsque nous avions des questions.
Nous nous y sommes beaucoup plus et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.- Cleanliness

jpb sejour extraordinaire chalet le massiuf
un superbe chalet avec une terrasse parfaitement exposée. Des équipements de qualité avec un vrai plus, le sauna. Parfaitement situé pour faire des randonnées. Accueil au top. Pour les amoureux de la cuisine, le thermomix permet de prepaper de bons petits plats

Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Chalet verbringen und waren begeistert.
Die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel, es empfängt ein beindruckende Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Haus ist hell, neu, gemütlich und blitzsauber. Egal ob Kochen in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, Saunieren, Wandern direkt vom Haus oder entspannen im Wohnzimmer, nichts hat gefehlt.
Auch hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Empfang durch die Vermieterin welche uns mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Verfügung stand.
