Ground floor: entrance hall with separate toilet, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofas, TV, pellet stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room with walk-in shower).
On the lower level of the Chalet: bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm, which can be twinned into a 180cm bed on request), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm, which can be twinned into a 180cm bed on request), Sauna, shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
Bed linen and towels included (Beds made on arrival). Wifi Internet access. Underfloor heating.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, lounge, parasol and barbecue.
On-site parking: courtyard and one covered parking space. Secure private parking for motorbikes/skis/bikes.
Possibility of recharging your electric vehicle using a standard socket (extra charge).
Agy cross-country skiing area 2km from Holiday cottage: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter, Hiking trails in summer.
Grand-Massif ski area 9.5km away (Les Carroz d'Araches): vast 265km ski area linking the resorts of Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval.
Les Carroz resort center 9km away: bars, restaurants and numerous seasonal activities (Piscine, tobogganing, paragliding, canyoning, mountain biking, Golf...).
Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 35km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 50 minutes away by car, Annecy and Lake Geneva around 1h00.

Des journées merveilleuses en famille

Merci pour l'accueil sympathique. Vous êtes des hôtes formidables.
Le chalet était super, un emplacement incomparable, totalement confortable et bien équipé. Et très adapté aux personnes âgées qui ne savent plus bien marcher.

Malgré le temps presque hivernal, nous avons passé un bon moment et nous serions ravis de revenir.

Traumhaftes Panorama

Wunderbare Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Wohnraum und Küche.
Aber auch von den beiden Schlafzimmern im unteren Geschoss hat man Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Die Zimmer sind funktionell eingerichtet, aber mit guten Betten und Matratzen. Die großen Duschen sind sehr angenehm. Ein großes Plus ist die Sauna, die trotz traumhaftem Wetter genutzt wurde.
Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Alles ist vorhanden.
Der Empfang und die Empfehlungen der Vermieterin waren wunderbar.
Das Angebot der Vermieterin savoyardische Spezialitäten zu kochen wurde gerne genutzt und war sehr praktisch nach einem langen Ausflugstag.

Quelle vue !

Au top ! Un accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire aux petits soins ; un chalet confortable, bien équipé, spacieux et moderne laissant la part belle aux codes de la tradition avec des matériaux nobles, des prestations de qualité. Une grande terrasse avec vue à couper le souffle. Allez-y ! Nous, on y retournera, c'est sûr !

Chalet des merveilles

Une pépite sans aucun doute. La localisation est super pour les visites de la région et les spots de randonnées. Nous avons été super bien accueilli avec pleins de conseils sur les activités incontournables. Nous n'oublierons pas notre séjour merci à vous

Superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est neuf, très bien équipé et avec une superbe vue dont le mont blanc quand le ciel est bien dégagé.
Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et pour leurs bons conseils.

Mooie locatie. Perfecte chalet. Zeer gerieflijk. Goede uitvaarbasis voor wandelingen. Eigenaars zeer vriendelijk. We willen er nog wel eens terug.
