Just a few minutes from the spa town of Thonon les Bains and Lake Geneva, close to the Châteaux des Allinges and the Pays de la Côte, 116 m2 wooded Holiday cottage on the 1st floor of a beautiful house (owners on garden level) set in a large 3,000 m2 garden.
Nice room with kitchenette and dining area, living room (sofas). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140. 2 beds 90). Shower room, WC.
Bed linen provided.
Central heating.
Shady garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Neatly furnished and decorated. Holiday cottage set back from a main road. Sciez and Excenevex beaches 7 km away. Ski at Col des Moises and Habères 15 km away and Portes du Soleil less than 1 hour away. Geneva 20 km away. Annecy 1 hour away.
From June 2026, construction work 100 m from the Holiday cottage (construction of a small house).

HIRMENTAZ 2

2ème séjour dans ce gîte tout confort et à proximité de toutes commodités, une météo pas folichonne sur la Vallée, mais de la neige en abondance sur les hauteurs d'Hirmentaz, du bonheur pour les skieurs amateurs que nous sommes.

Un gîte au top

Un séjour entre lac et montagne bien placé, dans un grand appartement type Chalet au dessus des propriétaires très accueillants. De jolis coins pour courir. Une belle adresse!
