Just a few minutes from the spa town of Thonon les Bains and Lake Geneva, close to the Châteaux des Allinges and the Pays de la Côte, 116 m2 wooded Holiday cottage on the 1st floor of a beautiful house (owners on garden level) set in a large 3,000 m2 garden.
Nice room with kitchenette and dining area, living room (sofas). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140. 2 beds 90). Shower room, WC.
Bed linen provided.
Central heating.
Shady garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Neatly furnished and decorated. Holiday cottage set back from a main road. Sciez and Excenevex beaches 7 km away. Ski at Col des Moises and Habères 15 km away and Portes du Soleil less than 1 hour away. Geneva 20 km away. Annecy 1 hour away.
From June 2026, construction work 100 m from the Holiday cottage (construction of a small house).

Michael Gut ausgestattete Wohnung
In einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegten befindet sich diese grossartige Wohnung im ersten Stock. Alles war für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden.
Eine parkaehnliche Aussenanlage mit Boule-Platz stand uns zur Verfügung. Zum Baecker und Metzger waren es nur wenige Schritte.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Très bon gite, des propriétaires vraiment accueillants et discrets. Maison spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Le tout dans un beau décor. On recommande vivement ce gite.

Georges Gites familial très fonctionnel
Un gîte très spacieux parfait pour une famille. On a beaucoup apprécié la superficie des chambres. Le gîte est équipé de toutes les commodités pour passer un bon séjour. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la collection des BD chez les propriétaires qui étaient très accueillantes et aimables. Il est aussi bien situé avec une boulangerie et une boucherie accessibles à pieds. On le recommande bien.
