Located on the second floor of a building not far from a Restaurant, discover this stylishly renovated apartment by Daniel. An art restorer by trade, and above all a passionate one, the owner has turned his walls into a place full of history thanks to his period furniture.

The Holiday cottage is arranged over 3 floors, the first of which houses the living room, separate kitchen, WC and relaxation area with flat-screen TV.
The terrace, with its superb unobstructed view of the surrounding area, offers a dining space unheard of in the City.
What's more, the terrace overlooks a flower-filled garden and is equipped with a plancha, ideal for convivial moments.

On the second floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a double bed and a private shower room (with WC).
Finally, on the third floor, a second bedroom with two single beds and private shower room (also with WC).

The whole apartment is equipped with large cupboards, all kitchen utensils and a large bookcase.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included all year round.
The Holiday cottage is heated by electricity at a cost of 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).

Cleaning at the end of your stay costs 50€.

Rental deposit: 400€.
