The location of this gîte at Col de Fix is a real asset. You're at an equal distance from all the major tourist attractions and secret spots. The house is located in the heart of the village, in a peaceful setting. The terrace, covered with hollyhocks in summer, is perfect for family breakfasts. On-site: bakery and local produce, hiking. Nearby: the Haute-Loire is yours for the taking! From the gîte, take the west-facing pass and you'll discover the Allier Gorges, Brioude and Chateau de Chavagniac Lafayette. On the east side, you'll find Le Puy-en-Velay, the Loire Valley, the Deves volcanic plateau and its AOP lentil fields.

On the ground floor, a large living room with an integrated kitchen opening onto the living room, a comfortable dining area and a sitting area with TV, a toilet.

Upstairs, three attractive, generously-sized bedrooms and a large shower room-WC.

An unenclosed courtyard at the front of the house, with its garden furniture, is ideal for a short... or long break.

Pets accepted: €3/day supplement payable directly to the owner.
