It has a 25m² terrace, a pleasant independent enclosed plot (200 m²) with portico, sandbox and garden furniture, as well as a carport and bicycle shed. RESPIRANDO accommodation. Nearby: fortified village of Roche en Regnier, Retournac 6 km away (Musée des Manufactures de Dentelles, Roman church, all shops and services, whitewater sports).

First floor. Large 60 m² living room with kitchenette, storeroom, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each) with private bathrooms, wc.
1st floor (mezzanine): sitting area, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room, wc. If required, an additional bedroom (2 beds 90) with shower area and washbasin. Please note: this bedroom is attic = ideal for children or teenagers.
Geothermal heating and wood for the stove included in the price.
Baby equipment: 2 high chairs, canvas folding bed, bathtub.
Internet connection and free wifi in the gîte.
Services to be booked directly with the owners:
Cleaning service: €80 (an equivalent deposit will be requested)
Bed linen rental: 8 €/bed 2 pers., 6 €/bed 1 pers.
Bathroom linen: 8 €/pers.

le gite est impeccable, bien situé, calme, les propriétaires charmants, discrets, disponibles.
5/5Environnement très reposant, possibilité multiple de ballades , vue splendide. La Haute-Loire comme on l'aime. Nombreux sites à visiter dans un environnement proche. Produits locaux à déguster...sans modération.

Malgré le mauvais temps de la semaine vous avez pu bénéficier du bon chauffage de la géothermie, de la cheminée, et avez découvert les chemins de Haute Loire pour vos randonnées en quad. Bonne continuation
