Nestled between the rolling hills of the Drôme des Collines region and the foothills of the Vercors, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to an environment steeped in history and charm. Adjoining a listed 11th-century church, it is adjacent to another Holiday cottage, but retains all its privacy. You'll be staying in the heart of a typical Drôme village, with its cobbled streets, ancient fountain, restored wash-house and peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
Just 15 km from Romans-sur-Isère, famous for its shoe museum and brand boutiques, and 31 km from the Valence TGV train station, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the region.
For outdoor activities, several facilities are available: free communal tennis, and rental of mountain bikes, road bikes or electric scooters. This Holiday cottage combines heritage, comfort and tranquility, ideal for a vacation with family or friends to discover the authentic Drôme.
First floor: living room with 6-seater sofa and wood-burning stove (wood supplied), kitchen/dining room and shower room with WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1x160) (1x160, 1x90), bathroom and WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 4x90.

Cathy séjour 2026
Un lieu qui permet des retrouvailles entre familles ou amis sans se gêner. Gîte avec de très grandes pièces, des lits confortables, un jardin agréable, une tranquillité à toute épreuve. Très bien pour deux familles avec enfants qui peuvent dormir dans la pièce du haut. Gîte supplémentaire plus petit à côté pour compléter si besoin.
Départs de randonnées à proximité immédiate, village accessible rapidement à pied, beaucoup de petites routes pour faire du vélo, gare de Valence TGV à 20 mn et activités diverses dans l'environnement proche.- Cleanliness

Martin 80 sejour à hostun
Gîte accueillant, bien situé, très grand, correctement équipé.Dommage que le ménage n'est pas été fait correctement, surtout dans les meubles de la cuisine.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le beau temps nous a permis de profiter de l'extérieur et du barbecue.- Cleanliness

Alex Très chouette Gite
Nous avons passé le week-end entre amies dans le gite Le prieuré à Hostun.
Le gite est très confortable et bien aménagé.
Nous étions 7, mais le gite peut accueillir facilement 9 personnes s'il y a des couples, ou plus avec des bébés.
Il est situé dans un petit hameau vraiment très tranquille, et à la fois très facile d'accès depuis l'A7 ou l'autoroute Valence-Grenoble.
Nous avons apprécié la déco qui garde de nombreuses traces du passé, la chaleur du poêle, la tranquillité et le silence du lieu.
Il faisait un peu frais pour vraiment profiter de l'extérieur, mais c'est un vrai plus aux beaux jours.
