Nestled between the rolling hills of the Drôme des Collines region and the foothills of the Vercors, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to an environment steeped in history and charm. Adjoining a listed 11th-century church, it is adjacent to another Holiday cottage, but retains all its privacy. You'll be staying in the heart of a typical Drôme village, with its cobbled streets, ancient fountain, restored wash-house and peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
Just 15 km from Romans-sur-Isère, famous for its shoe museum and brand boutiques, and 31 km from the Valence TGV train station, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the region.
For outdoor activities, several facilities are available: free communal tennis, and rental of mountain bikes, road bikes or electric scooters. This Holiday cottage combines heritage, comfort and tranquility, ideal for a vacation with family or friends to discover the authentic Drôme.
First floor: living room with 6-seater sofa and wood-burning stove (wood supplied), kitchen/dining room and shower room with WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1x160) (1x160, 1x90), bathroom and WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 4x90.

Françoise Agréable séjour
Le gîte est très agréable et spacieux, on y a passé un très bon séjour. Seul bémol: il n’y a que 6 tasses en tout et pour tout, il en faudrait au moins une par personne.

Rémi Un bel endroit au coeur d'un petit village
Maison ancienne au cœur d'un tout petit village. Vieille et belle maison avec des murs épais ce qui aide en cas de grosse chaleur (c'était notre cas cet été !). Attention, toujours en cas de grosse chaleur, la chambre du haut est vraiment très chaude car difficile à aérer.
Terrasse très belle - et à l'ombre pour certaines parties - qui permet de déjeuner dehors (barbecue fixe dans le jardin très pratique) et de profiter de la vue. Situé à 30 mètres du café/restaurant le chat vert qui permet de prendre café, apéritif et repas. Belles promenades à faire aux alentours immédiats (en partant à pied du gîte, les promenades débutant à 20 mètres). Maison bien équipée et avec du matériel fonctionnel.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à plusieurs famille. Le gîte est suffisamment spacieux pour le confort de tous et le cadre est magnifique.

Nicole Beau séjour dans une demeure de caractère
Gîte rare et exceptionnel par sa belle bâtisse de caractère ayant conservé son authenticité , avec beaucoup de charme , aux pièces spacieuses, bien équipées. En cas de temps froid, capricieux, le poêle à bois est particulièrement apprécié (Ps: il manquait des accessoires type tisonnier, raclette à cendres... ou nous ne les avons pas trouvées).
Bel accueil de la responsable des lieux .
Merci à la mairie de Hostun de partager ce lieu chargé d'histoire avec des vacanciers. Continuez d'en prendre soin et de le valoriser- Cleanliness
